A Better Stay AZ is a locally owned, full-service property management company specializing in short-term vacation rentals, mid-term rentals, and traditional long-term leasing. We serve property owners throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Apache Junction, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, and surrounding Arizona communities.

Our property management journey began in 2020 with our own rental homes. Today, we bring that firsthand ownership experience, local knowledge, and personal attention to every property we manage. Rental payments are processed through third-party platforms and sent directly to property owners. We tailor our management to your rental type, keeping your property cared for and you informed.
