For Silver clients, we can connect you with local photographers. For Gold & Platinum clients, professional photography is included when you sign a management agreement.
How do cleaning and maintenance work?
We partner with trusted local vendors. Cleaning fees are charged to guests, so you’re not paying out of pocket. Maintenance costs are billed directly to you at vendor rates.
What happens if there’s guest damage?
Airbnb and VRBO provide Host Protection Insurance. We also help file claims and manage security deposits when necessary.
How do I get paid?
You receive direct payouts from Airbnb/VRBO. Our management fee is invoiced monthly (for Gold & Platinum).
What areas do you cover?
Currently serving Sedona, Scottsdale, Flagstaff, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona markets.
Is there a contract?
Yes, we require a management agreement. Most contracts are 6–12 months, with flexible options depending on your needs.
